Ready to run your best?
Running has taken me places I thought I’d never know, both within myself and geographically. I’ve experienced the highs of giving my all in a race and seeing spectacular scenery to the lows of being sidelined with injury and beat to a pulp in a tough race.
But I’ve never, ever regretted getting out for a run.
Run Well, Train Smarter and Recover Better
I’ve worked with some elite athletes but most of the runners I’ve coached are probably like you, regular everyday athletes.
Over the past 16 years I’ve met runners in many different avenues – private coaching, clinics, workshops, seminars and expos. They all face similar challenges as have I.
But one thing we all want is to keep on running.
To keep challenging ourselves by pushing our limits. To stay healthy and enjoy running pain-free. To feel that rush of endorphins that you only get from a run.
I can help you if:
- You’ve lost the joy of running because of recurrent injuries.
- You’re frustrated by lackluster performance.
- You’d like to push your limits by moving up to a new race distance or setting a personal best.
My goal is to fill this website with actionable, science based information to help you run your best.
Receive my coaching tips to your inbox regularly by signing up for my updates (and I’ll show you an easy way to get the most out of your training by tracking your recovery).
