Core Running "Run Better" Clinics

To run at your best you need to work on your technique. Your running technique needs to be efficient yet strong.
Not preparing your body to take on the stress of running regularly is a sure way to get injured. The Core Running "Run Better" clinic will teach you how to adapt good running biomechanics to your running style.

Clinic Format
This 8 week clinic is held on Tuesdays at the Run Inn Vancouver. Each workout will include both strength training & technique work.
Part of each workout will focus on running specific strength training along with mobilization drills to improve your flexibility. You will also receive a handout with the exercises so you can do an additional workout on your own one other day of the week.
The second part of the workout will focus on technique drills to improve your running stride and running form. These will be done outdoors at the track and the surrounding area.

- Dates: October 5 - November 23, 2010.
- Times: Tuesdays 6:30 to 8 p.m.
- Location: Run Inn (Vancouver), 2236 West 41st Ave, Vancouver.
- Cost: $150 (plus GST).
