You get both DVD's and 2 Thera-bands for $37 (plus shipping charges; Canadian orders will have HST added. Yes, taxes suck. I don't like to add them but legally I have to.)

 

Customers in Europe, Asia and Australia: please be aware these DVD's are NTSC formatted for North American DVD players. DVD players and computers in other areas of the world may be able to play the DVD's but Core Running.com makes no promises or guarantees that this is the case. Please check with your player or computer manufacturer to ensure you are able to view the DVD's on your machine.

Latex Allergy Warning: Thera-band exercise bands are made from latex and should not be used by people with allergic reactions to latex. Unfortunately, at the time of production latex-free Thera-bands were not available and are only a recent development.
